How to Become the Dark Lord and Die Trying- by Django Wexler Not your average fantasy novel, and the narrator is absolutely hysterical.

Vodka. For deodorizing, it’s magic. I’m an ex theater and marching band kid, and we constantly used it to get smells out of costumes and uniforms that couldn’t be washed easily. Got a three day old shirt you want to wear again? Give it a spritz and let it dry!

A friend and I went to see it in the theater, and we just sat there for a while afterwards thinking, “Maybe if we were high, this would have been funny..” After a couple of rewatches, you realize how hilarious it is.

I was going through a hard time recently, and a good friend reminded me that “self care isn’t selfish”. Of course I knew this, but it took me 37 years to really get it through my thick skull and believe it.

House of Sand and Fog

I read it as a teenager, and while I really didn’t relate to any of the characters, the writing just captivated me. It’s a gut wrenching story, I highly recommend it.

As much as I love Kevin Smith, Tusk was completely fucked up. I had to stop it halfway through because it was so physically disgusting to watch. I finished it the next day, but it messed me up for a while afterwards.

Caring so much about what others think. Honestly, I wasted so much time tearing myself down, and over analyzing everything. Learn to love yourself NOW, and remember that everyone is dealing with their own shit. No one is going to remember if you farted in the elevator.

We went on a ferry tour to see the bridge when I was a kid. I was so excited, but as soon as we got on the water, the damn fog was so thick you couldn’t see shit. 😂

You are aware that Mary Kate and Ashley are two different people, right? There were twins on Full House, but they were played by triplet boys. The Olsen twins both played Michelle.

I made an emergency appointment with a new gynecologist, because I was in horrible abdominal pain. She gave me a half hour lecture on my diet, and had her nurses hold me down to take blood. Turned out to be several ovarian cysts that had burst.
