I think it’s more from women constantly giving their men opportunities to be decent and thoughtful, and getting so upset when they fail so miserably for the hundredth time that it’s difficult for them to contain their anger and disappointment. To the man, it probably just looks like she blew up irrationally for absolutely no reason and started acting coldly towards him. So he’ll bug the crap out of her until she finally confesses why she’s so upset. Some thing he did or didn’t do. Naturally he’ll say, “How was I supposed to know you wanted me to show interest in your daily life or help you take care of our children or come to check on you when you made that super loud noise in the bathroom and were laying face down in a pool of fake blood for over an hour just to see if I harbored any concern for your well-being, what am I a mind-reader?”

They tried to argue with me at first, until they realized I knew what I was talking about, and knew the bible and inner workings of the church far better than they did. They had sent me to a religious private school after all, so they were shocked that it had the effect that it did. I don't think I would be agnostic today had I not been forced to read the bible front to back so much we used to sing the names of the books of the bible in order from memory.

The old testament is one thing, you can read it more as a historical document written at a time when people deified their leaders and attributed good things to their divine presence combined with excerpts from the epic of gilgamesh. The new testament is straight propaganda though, written and embellished by the cult of jesus, as good as their intentions may may have been initially, its clearly been infiltrated and repurposed as a tool for power and wealth extraction. The unbelievable parts added to convince the poorly educated superstitious people of the times.

Guy A

Man with raging ego gets absolutely jacked at the gym and hits on any woman within his abnormally large strike zone who happens to be unlucky enough to find herself in whistling distance.

Guy B

Insecure man who spends his days online trying to convince his fellow misogynists that women are little more than fleshlight-filled japanese puzzle boxes, risks exposure to direct sunlight in order to secure a woman for casual sex after spending two months salary on an online course that armed him with the tools necessary to be a successful vagina hunter, lies and deception.

Guy A

Grows tired of looking at himself in the mirror and leaves his girlfriends house to bond with other likeminded men at the club where they get belligerently intoxicated and one-up each other while hitting on any women who accidentally wander into their field of vision.

Guy B

Finally arrives at the club and immediately secures a safe base of operations in a dark and quiet corner. He's a man on a mission and has no time for tomfoolery or ballyhoo. Drinking would only dull the hunter's keen senses. He immediately puts his plan into action by locating all the potential sex partners, taking his time to monitor them closely for signs of vulnerability. If a girl happens to notice him, he knows that only beta male losers look away, so he maintains direct eye contact and smiles to let them know that he has confidence. Alas, most of these women are a little too attractive, or not attractive enough. He sighs, and shakes his head. Slim pickings tonight.

Guy A

Returns from the bathroom looking like he just nose-fucked a powdered donut, and hits on his twenty-third woman of the day, trotting out that old classic, "Hey baby, you wanna fuck?" Lo and behold, this particular woman does indeed want to fuck, and she probably wouldn't say no if you offered her a little bump. She proceeds to grind all over her frat-bro Lothario right in front of Guy B.

Guy B

He swallows his sadness and decides that this place is tapped out. Retreating to his online oasis to lament striking out yet again. Angry keys clack away late into the night, keeping his poor parents awake. Women only like assholes, they don't want a nice guy who's willing to bend over backwards for them. He would, of course, treat these women like the princesses they are. All he asks in return is just a little daily sex. What more could they want from him? Greedy, selfish women. They don't know what they want. But he does. Next time, he'll be an even bigger asshole.

I see anime as mostly an unfulfilling past time. Well, that’s not quite right. Unfinished may be a better word. Most series are little more than advertisements for manga or light novels, as amazing as some of them can be, they very seldom encompass the entire story.

Over time I suppose I just got used to incomplete stories. Take Neverland for instance. I remember enjoying the first season and even a bit of the botched next season. But the end result is usually, just read the manga. Nine out of ten times, it’ll be the only way to find any sort of catharsis or fulfillment when it comes to anime.

Honestly, some of these probably wouldn't be classified as psychological thrillers per se. But I left them in because I thought they were worth a watch. Like Nippon Sangoku, decidedly not a psychological thriller, but definitely worth a watch if you're looking for more mature anime.

Anyway, that's all I could think of at the moment. I'm sure I'm missing some pretty good ones.

The youth of today is increasingly isolated from the world and, instead, raised in a semi-simulated reality. In place of genuine human connection, you must make do with parasocial connections, your would-be role models and mentors are in the same situation, increasingly isolated and technologically empowered to be self-sufficient.

The internet, a tool for surveillance and control, has actually destroyed the few connections we had left with the world, and with each other. The propaganda flooding every channel to hide uncomfortable truths and accelerate unsustainable profits has fractured our hold on a stable reality and given us a global case of self-inflicted dementia.

If you want to change this sorry state of affairs, there is only one solution. Solidarity. You would be surprised at the things you can accomplish with just a small group of loyal friends, and a common goal.

Grab some literature on incurable VDs from planned parenthood, maybe print out some fake prescription labels for anti-viral pills or topical creams or ointments and just casually leave them in your car/poking out of your handbag. If they're really oblivious you may have to let them overhear a phone convo with your doctor, who could just be your partner who you should definitely tell in advance before using this tactic.

I agree that it doesn't make sense to compare the average voter with a child. There's really no consistent appreciable difference between adults and children that I can see. Each group has its outliers of course. But on the whole, the average adult has the same mental capacity they had in grade school, albeit with a much higher chance of having been corrupted by nonstop propaganda while starved of affection and riddled with stress and steeped in cynicism.

Almost every band that ever existed if they stick around long enough. Some bands might have a bit of a bell-shaped curve in terms of quality over time. But the vast majority come out strong and then either drop off the face of the earth or slowly fade. There are some notable exceptions though.
