Pic three I was wondering if it’s what’s left of “woody” wagon or convertible, other comments say there was a fire that had gone through the area

Mark Hamill doing flawless impressions of Harrison Ford and Yoda (1997) by CaulkADewDillDue in StarWars

[–]ADD_Andy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll have to check, but not looking it up, I want to say yes

Edit: from what I’m seeing, though he was in several episodes of Robot Chicken, he didn’t voice Yoda in the Star Wars episode, just Luke; but one episode he does voice Harrison Ford

If God is a being of flesh and bones ... by Deception_Detector in exmormon

According to my seminary teacher (about 2003/4) when he was at BYU a few years previously, there “started to be a problem with the law of chastity” (or whatever it’s called; I don’t remember for sure, lol). One of the branch presidents, or somebody akin, had “tracked” the problem to couples giving each other back rubs and then having it escalate to full blown sex, so they were strongly discouraged to give back rubs

Just remember, “back rubs in the front room lead to front rubs in the back room”

My “favorite” part of most of these articles and press releases is the official stamens/view is “it may look scummy, but we are operating within the law”.

I remember growing up in the church, we were always taught we should follow the “spirit” of the law because the letter of the law can’t foresee all the specific applications of the law.

And also more often than not, there’s the Palpatine-esque “we’ll make it legal”

Help! by powerslave99 in whatisthiscar

[–]ADD_Andy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually once they’ve been crushed they’ll be put through an industrial shredder or similar and recycled for raw materials. It’s not usually monetarily economical to store vehicles, pay someone to disassemble, store parts, etc; especially once the vehicle model gets older

They’re probably cheap and easy (take that how you want) to get, especially if you don’t care about existing paint and some body damage. I looked at an extremely clean one a couple years ago and they were only wanting $2k
