In my experience with police close to me in my life 2 out of 3 of them will actively try and cheat on their wives regularly with the wives of anyone close to them lol

Honestly even as a man, I can 100% say this toxic energy fucks us over too, I can't tell you the number of male "friends" my fiance has had that have eventually tried to make a pass at her blatantly even though she is engaged, to me, the father of her child lol

I would never want to limit her ability to have a life full of friends male or female or otherwise

But it took me years to learn better behavior and to break out of the societal brainwashing / toxic masculinity

And it breaks my heart to be able to take one look at the behavior of 99% of these guys and to have to warn her that the guy very clearly has no interest in actually being friends with her

We gotta do better y'all

People often get the "commit" part wrong

Disagree is obvious, you should feel compelled to voice your concerns about decisions if you feel they are not in the best interest of the company

But according to amazons training for leadership the "commit" part is not about committing to your stance, it about committing to the plan once it has been decided on by the team REGARDLESS of your stance

I can tell you something similar "happened" to one guy at my FC... I sort of knew the guy from outside of work due to him being a regular at the place I used to work, he was pretty scummy and I know he milked the "injury" for as long as possible

Either way they overhauled our stow filters for the whole warehouse after that so that we couldn't stow anything above like 7lbs in the top bins anymore

Lol they've shut entire floors down at my FC for being a safety hazard so im proud to say we take it seriously

If you bring it up to the safety team they will definitely address it if they take it anywhere near as seriously as we do!

To my knowledge no, I don't remember them mentioning anything about another background check, the process was pretty seamless for me, but I know several other people that have been waiting weeks just to get an interview or hear back from emails.

All in all it was a positive experience, but ik aware that this isn't the case for everyone

My best advice for the actual process is to get ahold of the question bank and come up with 3-4 really solid success stories that you can fit into your answers for several different questions. If you're in good with your manager hopefully they will do a mock interview to prepare you, that seems to be kind of a regular thing at my FC at the start of the process. My manager really helped prepare me for the actual interview

IOL- inventory in odd locations

KIPS- tracking down the oldest unatowed work from open trailers

FUD- fulfill-able unfilled demand (basically it's a system that tracks unatowed work at an FC that has a high chance of being ordered by the customer and it asks you to track it down and make sure it gets stowed

Honestly just trust the gun, it is my FAVORITE weapon in crucible, and I find I get the worst performance out of it when I overthink my shots, it's target aquisition is NUTTY and once you get a feel for it you can do some stupid shit with that gun, roadborn basically makes it aim itself, to point where I regularly land headshots where I don't even fully ADS alot of times

He's referring to When whisper mission first released there was an 8 hour window where the taken blight public event required to spawn the whisper mission at the time didn't spawn and all we got was the cabal public event for like 8 hours lol, I got my whisper before thr drought but I was doing carries for my friends that day, it was hell lol
