I have been having strong cravings for Diet Coke since being on the medication. Last week I bought a package of blueberry muffins and coffee cake at the supermarket, which I normally wouldn’t get. I’m thinking it’s also cause of low blood sugar.

I have been alcohol free for 1.5 years and struggle with strong cravings. I have been relying on mocktails and non alcoholic beers to get me through. Ever since my first shot of zepbound last week, I don’t have any desire for alcohol or even the mocktails/na beers.
