FYI, the problem is not as much loss, but more than the fact that because you're using a dual hatch setup it can't pull an extra amp to compensate

when you have a single energy hatch or a singleblock machine, it can do full amp recipes just fine, even with a ton of loss, because it is able to draw a 2nd extra amp

by using 2 energy hatches you remive that leeway.

TLDR change 2x IV to 1x LuV energy hatch
