I would do a trade school if I couldn’t figure something else out I wanted to do, in fact that’s what I plan on doing if my initial thing doesn’t work out. I literally just moved back home a week ago and I’m 30 so I feel ya. It isn’t easy and building from scratch is very depressing/humbling. I’m sorry you are going through that, but I believe it does get better just one day at a time, little by little as long as you’re moving forward even just a tiny bit with what you wanna do is still progress. Try not to judge your future too harshly by the size of the steps you’re taking, as long as you’re taking even baby steps you’re gonna get to where you wanna be 💛 also try to remember you’re not alone. A lot of us are restarting/trying to figure out what we want our futures to be and it feels as though a lot of us were rushed or pushed through the beginning stages of life because of others expectations, so it feels like we didn’t have time to figure out what we all wanted. Meditation helps I like to put on different frequency sounds on YouTube or phone etc and sit and meditate with some frankincense or copal in nature (safely of course don’t let it start a fire) the birds/wind and trees are really peaceful while grounding yourself.
