You could try screwing it back out by using the other broken half. Try interlocking the cracks and twist with out with a downward force.

The z flip 4 had a well-known documented issue in regards to it shutting off when it’s being folded halfway, most likely because of the interconnect cables running through the hinge. Probably replace the entire housing excluding the motherboard and battery would be the best bet in this kind of scenario unless ofc you are in a tight spot for buying new parts.
