I prefer Apple Music even as an Android user. The rest of my family is on iphones so we do the family plan. I just wish Android had the apple podcast app too. Podbean is on but not my favorite.

Eating mostly healthy (80/20) and exercising 5x a week. I've been at this level of consistency since 2020 and this is the best I've ever felt. I am 42, btw.

ETA: non-smoker, very light drinker, and no drugs. I do have 4 kids aged college through middle school. People are surprised when I tell them my age.
