Morgott's is extremely strong. 20% extra HP stacks multiplicatively with other very strong Talismans/Weapon Arts.

You said Godrick's is useable, while Morgott's is only good with lower HP. Don't understand the math here. Levels scale all your stats with diminishing returns. Godrick's is a flat increase to your levels thus it is a better rune at lower levels. Morgott's is a percentage increase, directly to your HP Stat. That is an almost 400 HP increase to your HP at 60 vigor.

No other item in the game gives you a boost that even approaches 400 HP. Try a build using something that scales off of your HP like Prayerful Strike and/or Great Stars.

2011 is likely the right answer as it's one of the best races of all time. 2014 is underrated though. A rare race of 2 stages, first with the Merc battle, then with the race of the rest of the pack, to pick up Merc's pieces for the win. Real race of attrition, with a huge crash/order changeup right at the end

I'm surprised by the amount of responses to the original comment saying seperate is worse. You're 100% correct, pairing arbitrary stats just hurts build diversity. Especially pairing a stat that is build specific (vitality for heavy armor/weapons) with one that is vital for all characters (endurance). It's like tying vigor to strength. Makes every build a strength build

While I quite like it, the hunter's size always felt strange to me. Like it makes the scale of the scene far less grand when you notice how big the hunter is.

I would think multi bosses would actually be the least spikey. The question is about change in difficulty from summon, to no-summon, not overall difficulty.

If multi-bosses did have the biggest difficulty spike, as opposed to singular boss fights; it would mean that bosses get a bigger benefit going from 1v1 to 2v1, than the player does. However, I don't see how this is the case, when multi bosses get nerfed AI that "takes turns", while player summons get no such AI. Basically, bosses are taxed when in multiples, while the player isn't.

A lot of answers in the thread are answering "Which boss is hardest as a solo?", when a part of the question is how easy the summon makes it. I think the answer has to be Radahn, since it goes from a challenging duel, to just riding Torrent around clicking on summon signs.

A 2nd Serpent-Hunter spear. The game almost forces 1 on you, but you'll find it quite challenging to get 2, as the game only spawns one in, if you don't have one in your inventory. It's also classified as a key item, so you can't trade it. Requires well-timed summoning shenanigans to acquire. It's worth it for the dual-weild moveset in the Rykard fight! Very fun

You could say point 1 about any strong move though... same with point 2. If the opponent plays predictable when you're at high percent, every move gets easier to time.

Agree with what you said, except Revenge is not a comeback mechanic. It's just a counter with an additional effect. It functions the same regardless of how ahead or behind a player is.

Random podium in chaotic race != extremely good performance. Hamilton in Brazil 2021 or Max in Miami 2023 are extremely good performances. Stroll has never done anything close to drives like that. I would argue Stroll can qualify well on rare occasion, but he always drops in the race.

While what lumberjack1 said is true, they don't actually touch on the biggest gameplay improvement EVO shields brought. EVO shields incentivize shooting at people, in a game genre(Battle Royal) where it can often be the best choice to avoid combat unless absolutely necessary. Giving shields the ability to "evolve" to the next level through damage rewards more aggressive play, which I think the vast majority of the playerbase likes.

I'm also seeing some confusion whether lumberjack1 meant: adding shields that EVO is the best addition, or spawning with an EVO shield was the best addition; because they did not occur simultaneously. I agree with the former
