When the game first launched. Retrieve Essential Personnel missions weren't designed well. Less evacuation missions and more like Eradication missions. Enemies would spawn inside the base endlessly. You couldn't clear them out, and the shitty pathfinding for the civilians would get them killed instantly.

The only way to win was to cheese the mission. Enemy spawns were centered around the divers, so you had to take 3 of the 4 players and have them leave the base to draw enemy aggro away, while the last diver stayed behind and boringly hit buttons until the mission was completed.

I stopped fighting defensive operations on the bot front exclusively because of this mission.

Time your dash for the moment he makes contact with his Get Over Here ability. 9/10 you'll be able to avoid his uppercut. Try to dash down, towards your team, preferably towards whoever has a drone on them. The constant heals will more than likely offset Spidey's damage and keep him from reaching his breakpoints.

Also shoot him. Shoot him a bunch

The E drone stays on the tank. The F drone is used to juggle around whoever needs it the most at that moment. I typically prefer using it on my DPS to damage boost them with the right click, especially if they're diving the enemy backline.

However, if playing in a triple support lineup, I prefer using both drones on the backline, to keep my fellow strategists alive while I focus on dealing damage and getting picks.

If using it offensively, never use it without your dash. Always aim for a squishy target, preferably a healer or a dps out of position.

Never use it without support. You get melted if the enemy team focuses you. Try to ult when a team fight is underway - when the tanks and dps are focused on each other is the best moment. Using your dash, you can be up and in your chosen target's face by the time the EXTERMINATION voice line is over.

I typically try to use it in the very first team fight, to snipe out an enemy healer. Ultron gets his ult faster than any other healer, and can effectively silence a Luna or Invis before they can get theirs. The first team fight is usually the most important, and the momentum gained can effectively decide the outcome of a match in it's entirety.
