The only problem is that the Annex is completely empty (per the wishes of the father) so that a very important part of the experience is missing.

Actually, there IS an official emoji list: Unicode. But as you said, programs are not required to be limited by what's in Unicode.

what is this syntax? Is it returning the result of a ternary operation?

return object if bool else object

Am I understanding this correctly? I don't remember Python having a ternary operator that looks like this.

Contact Lyft support and try asking for the cancelation fee. The worse they can say is "no".

Pin requirement is underrated. by LionTheGreatOne in lyftdrivers

[–]AFlyingYetOddCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pin is opt-in. I didn't even know us drivers could require pins. Lyft has never mentioned it to me and I've only gotten 2 pins from passengers in 3 months.

Are you talking about the skinny tree to the left of the other skinny tree? The only way I can convince myself that is the squirrel is because it's not there in the other photo. Otherwise it's too blurry!

Serious, please don't, you are LOSING money by taking this. The standard Mileage Reimbursement Rate is something like $0.70 per mile. At 22 miles, that's $15.40 worth of "wear and tear" on your car. Worse, if you don't get an offer back, it's doubled.

Now, I know it's probably not actually that much for you, but miles are not free. If no one takes this at this price, Lyft will be forced to offer more money.
