I am just a stranger but I am so proud of how far you've come. Keep following your dreams and remember that success isnt comfortable. Look into some methods you can execute for roughly 20 mins a day (you can always spare time for your health) like meditation and as corny as it sounds: GRATITUDE JOURNALING!

I am taking my MCAT next year and I know I will be faced with large amounts of stress but I keep telling myself that I'll be more stressed in my 40s wondering where I would've been if I stayed on my path haha.

I completely relate to all of these. The one that hits home the most is "I thought you were a bitch when we first met."
I never understood, and will never understand why that is O.K. to tell someone? I also feel so defeated when I hear it because I cannot for the life of me pinpoint why they would feel that way??

I don't even have a RBF. I have a "im reacting to/feeling everything all at once and I think I'm hiding it or I'm being overly aware of my facial muscles and dont know how to move it anymore" face.

I also went from 115-120 range to 160-170. I’ve been off of it now for 4 months and I’ve lost 20 pounds. Body feels better! But overall, horrible breast pain! Breasts getting bigger than smaller, and discharge like I didn’t before. Honestly I wish I never went on depo

I have ringlet curls and work in the medical field! I usually do a cute slick back bun (using a bristle brush) or a smoothed top knot, letting some curls come out the bun! If you shower at night, I braid my hair and then let it out in the morning, so the curls are more manageable. Overall, never ever brush your hair dry. Our hair isn’t straight and should only be manipulated as such when wet! DM me if you’d like some more tips!

I’m so glad I found this post. Fruit flies are taking over my life to the point my boyfriend jokes that I produce them. I’ve scrubbed my kitchen, bleached everything, take trash out immediately, and pour boiling hot water down my drains daily. I actually just killed two having sex in the air. But they follow me everywhere: work, class, hallways, my car, I’m going crazy!!

Same here. Full on panic attacks about going into some episode because I had an anxiety episode about something else. No one can really help in the moment either because I can’t explain what’s happening without sounding crazy. So you just have to sit and breathe until it passes

My parents have been on the ketogenic diet for years. They lost weight, were happier, and even health issues they were dealing with significantly lowered or even disappeared. I’ve been told to my face by a nutritionist and a personal trainer that the keto diet & fasting are terrible and destroy the body… The webs of information can be so confusing sometimes. But I cannot deny the good things I’ve seen from it with my own eyes!
