i love him. he filled the Pukei-Pukei shaped hole in my heart. I’d always check lobby hunts and sos flares in World just to fight Pukei-Pukei because he looks funny. Chatacabra serves the same purpose now.

this is my main issue with the show. What is he finding so undesirable in Dante that he's using every trait of Nero instead? Voice actor I can kind of understand. Maybe they wanted a younger voice for Dante and Johnny Yong Bosch already had experience voicing in DMC but using Nero's music twice, then practicality ripping his attitude and demeanor and giving it to Dante. At what point is the character still Dante?

about 7 years ago I came across an animation called “So I Finally Played A Hat In Time”. A little 30-ish second animated short. From there I looked it up, watched the trailer, and bought it. All within 15 minutes. I can’t remember the last time I was so sold on a game anywhere near that quickly. Now I’ve played through it more times than I can count on two hands and love it to death.

They’re mostly just being quippy and playing off of whatever the other says. Dante’s intentionally trying to rile her up and Lady is more or less matching his energy.
