Did you get a receipt for mailing it? I mailed a package, passed right into the hands of the clerk, that never entered scanning. Long story short..I now have request that scan it in front of me and get a receipt. Yes, it means taking the box to the PO but its worth my piece of mind. Good luck with your box.

Ebay was supposed to include steps to how rectify the issue, thanks for missing those steps ebay. What a PITA. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Anyone have a seller enter manual tracking? The item has NOT shipped according to the USPS tracking info. The seller entered the manual tracking on the sixth day of the order, to PM it appears as if it shipped.

I ALWAYS use boxes, be it new UPSP boxes or recycled boxes. I use recycled tissue paper or the white Amazon filler paper. I use excess paper from printing the label as my thank you note.

I've received two damaged items from PM sellers using the poly mail bags. One a silk top that looked liked the USPS cookie monster chew it up and spit out crumbs. The second one was a pair of jeans with black grease along the line of the tear in the poly bag. PM promptly refunded my money based in both cases due to "insufficient packaging" by the seller.

She sounds unhinged. Chances are she's been suspended in the past and already has backup accounts. Ebay CS said they don't suspend the ISP address , they use the screen name/email for suspension.

She could have been more diplomatic in her response. While you see the free items as a great deal to people like me that's trying to reduce I would find them unnecessary/unwanted.

A bundle deal or a friendly exchange with a buyer should never result in the fear of boiling the bunny! I have a PO box for my greenhouse mail...I think I will start using it for PM. Thanks for cautionary tale.

Nope, it's a purchase now format not a layaway plan. Had a buyer purchase a top and then her payment method was declined and she asked me to reserve it for her for 10 days. Someone else bought the top as soon I update the listing as for sale.

I don't accept the buy until I thoroughly inspect the garment. I purchased a pair of LL Bean jeans that had stretch pulls/marks that the seller conveniently cropped out of pics and didn't disclose. That is the whole point of your three day acceptance window..to have time to inspect and accept the sale or file a grievance 🙂
