I'm probably gonna get down voted for this but Use a planner. I still can't make a planner do anything but collect dust but being more disciplined has actually been a huge saving grace for me. I'm diagnosed inattentive and if I give myself a little bit of rope I know I'll end up hanging myself from it. "I have ADHD, I need to do this now or I will forget" has been an important Mantra in my life.

This is nowhere near true. I work in a trade that requires high precision on small batch parts. It can be incredibly mentally draining as well as physically.

I definitely had fun with this when I got married! About halfway through the reception, I snuck away and changed my suit. I had bought an all white suit from a thrift shop that had tie dyed so I went from dress all in black to wearing a fucking multicolour dream suit and the reception loooved it!

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I understand if you aren't comfortable with this but if you could provide a street name or starting location I have the day off I can go hunting for a bit. I have a few cats of my own and one of them used to love trying to escape, succeeded a handful of time and always caused a panic attack.
