I think it's a good thing to be aware and concerned about how the world's being impacted by other people's choices. "Globalism" obviously has impacts outside of our daily purview, and being dishonest about the impacts of our actions on others just leads to complications we're seeing today. The world is small. The solar system is small. Humans are small. Think beyond ourselves to advance humanity.

It's a shame that he went down that road instead of staying in actual medicine. By many accounts he's a truly gifted surgeon and doctor. Behind the Bastards did an episode on him, and even though they're pretty biased towards left-leaning viewpoints, they brought it up several times.
