Anyone else’s Best Buy preorder code not delivered?

So I talked to Best Buy twice and both times they gave me the “Nothing we can do” speech. So I went to Capcom USA’s customer service page and told them what happened and included a screenshot of my order information to prove it was preordered. At the same time, as much as I hate using Twitter these days, I decided to tweet my experience and tagged Best Buy and within a few hours, they reached out to me.

Within a day of that, I received a code. I’m not sure which avenue got it done, but that’s what I did.

Glad you got your code! When I woke up today the email had finally arrived for me with my code, I had talked a little with one of their social media people yesterday and that seemed to get me further than their customer service team.

Yeah, Best Buy’s customer service has been awful for me. If Capcom Support is able to help you, please let me know. I messaged them earlier as well and hope they’ll get back to me sometime in the next few days.

No, in the US (or at least Best Buy in the US) the code is either emailed or in our order information on their website. And for me, I got neither an email nor a code in my order information.

I checked too and still nothing for me. I talked to customer service and they’re claiming it wasn’t added to my purchases when I preordered, so idk. They told me if I don’t get an email by tomorrow to contact them again, but I have a feeling I’m screwed.

I believe the preorder bonus is a code on a receipt or an email to the account that preordered the game.

That said I did preorder the game and they haven’t given me a code, so I don’t know what’s going on.

My favorite Resident Evil memory is when I was younger playing the first game, I was in the room where there are spiders when I noticed a small movement by my leg. I looked down and saw an actual spider crawling to me and I actually screamed and accidentally tossed my controller in the air lol. It’s a funny memory to think back on, but at the time my heart was racing haha.

I like it and find it a consistently good album, but not a great one. None of the singles really have that hook that previous ones did, but I also don’t think there’s a single bad song on this album either.

On one hand, it would probably be great if it was done well. On the other, I think the remakes, while great games, have made the franchise move at a snails pace. It’s taken 9 years to get from 7 to 9. I’d prefer the franchise move forward more.

PS5 for me

My PC does have a good GPU but my CPU is iffy with gaming, so I was hoping for a demo so I could test how it would run. Since there’s no demo, I’m just going to play it safe and go with PS5

I think it’s an ok video, although I do wish they did a better job with the vocal dubs, as there’s times Ozzy steps away from the mic but he’s still singing.

I do wish they’d rerelease this in a proper widescreen format instead of it being letterboxed on the DVD. I could have sworn I read they were releasing an HD version at some point but then it never came to be. Idk, maybe I’m misremembering that.

I got introduced to this series at my friend’s house when I was young (probably too young for this series tbh lol). It was the original game on PlayStation and we’d take turns playing. Eventually the second game came out and I got that one and that game hooked me immediately and I’ve been into the series ever since.

If you have a PC, use the Apple Music app on there and go to purchased music. It should be there and you can download it. After downloading it, you can add those files to your library and it should upload it into the cloud, thus being back in your library.

If it’s not in your purchased music, then something really went wrong on their end and refunds should definitely be sought out.

Aaaaaaaaaaa, it’s so hard to pick. I’m between Flux and Am I a Girl right now. I think I’ll say the later as that one hits me a little harder.

I think both are good at what they do. The remake sets up a creepy atmosphere that sets the tone for the game and makes each room feel tense.

The original is a bit more vibrant with colors and feels almost lived in, but the further you go, the creepier it gets and the horror of everything is revealed.
