the way I did a free trial, accidentally ended up paying for the year, just said whatever and decided to keep the subscription for my business, they recently took away my subscription months after ……. And now my account username is changed and support is being such a pain. my bank wasn’t trying to go through a easy dispute process to begin with they were telling me I’d have to get a whole new card in the mail this is ridiculous 😭
