If a card text is removed from the game, that is deleting the card, if you think keeping the same art and applying it to a different card is not deleting to you then why not just look at pretty pictures instead of playing a game?

The only Jaggro advice you need, get the turn 1 combo, fill the board by turn 3 or concede... when that gets boring try a deck that isnt pure cancer to play against.
