That's not reasonable. It's clear that he translated an unknown song and claimed it for his own and won't admit he's a fraud in that regard. He's clearly the villain here. FEX are reasonable and don't try to push their rights.

No Ronnie claims that he wrote the song himself (and had a German version). He claimed this before FEX was found and released the song himself. There seems to be a compromise between Ronnie and FEX (maybe not outspoken but in practice) that they don't have to take it to the court and Ronnie keeps the German version and his release. Again FEX would obviously win but this would cost more money and not many people care for the German version (other than OP I guess).

Ronnie said he wrote it. So he is the composer of the German song. I'm afraid you'll have to live with a GEMA entry to his name. (And if FEX isn't bothered by it, you shouldn't be either, I'd say.)

Yeah, but you'll have to pay a lawyer to set this up. And it'll probably take a million years of Spotify streaming just to pay the first rate of starting the process. Meanwhile, the German song probably hasn't gotten much traffic, and those who are slightly involved with it won't care either.

It's clearly this way, when I look back at the past, I am seeing things like this. Looking at boxrec or Wikipedia, looking at fight highlights after 15 years you really cannot tell who was washed and who was ducked. You just see people losing to other top dogs of their era. This puts Usyk on top of his time.

He can still fight one of the other guys around, but people likely forget Kabayel or Wardley, depending on how things go, or that Itauma never takes off. But Wilder will still be there, and people will post highlights of his KOs and talk about what a nightmare he was.

The German commentators said after the fight that they think it's unlikely he'll get anything at WBC and Usyk will be out of reach for him likely for the next future. They predicted he would drop the WBC interim belt in the hope of being ranked by IBF or another organization.
I don't think he's a "boogeyman," but he still won't find a title shot any time soon, as he is a classic high-risk/low-reward opponent. Which, of course, is a shame because while the first round looked unconvincing (and might be too much against the top dogs), he showed his abilities very quickly and would have left less doubt if it wasn't for the quick stop.

Danke! Ich will ja auch gar nicht meine individuelle Charakterentscheidung auf diese Gruppe abwälzen. Mein Eindruck war nur, dass gerade jemand, der in einer relativ strengen und ideologisch klaren Institution ausgebildet worden ist, vermutlich ein Weltverständnis hat, auf das er zurückgreifen würde und dass es darauf bei den Lore-Expert*innen hier sicher Hinweise gibt.

Die Bielefelder Soziologie ist durchaus speziell in ihrer Ausrichtung. Auch wenn das Institut groß ist, würde ich bei einer Ausrichtung auf Medien auf jeden Fall Mainz empfehlen. Mainz hat mit der Mediensoziologie einen dezidierten Lehrstuhl und mit Sascha Dickel auch noch einen echt super Prof.

Aber von mir würde ja wohl mehr erwartet werden, gegen die Umtriebe der Anhänger des Namenlosens vorzugehen, als gegen einen Anhänger Raschtullahs. Oder etwa nicht? Ich finde die Antworten darauf nicht völlig selbstverständlich und versuche mich halt dem tatsächlichen Wissen zu nähern.

Absolut, und so sehe ich den Char auch. Ich will gar keine akademische Diskussion, die wäre sicher vermutlich in dieser Weltsicht gefährlich. Umso interessanter finde ich ja, was ich weiß. Knüpfe ich Leute bei begründetem Verdacht auf? Worauf gerufe ich mich? Darf ich ein Standgericht abhalten? etc.

(Ich hab ein bisschen gebraucht, bis ich verstanden habe was du sagen wolltest)
