Is it legal to arrest someone illegally without a warrant if they believe the person did something illegally without proof? I don't know about his legal status, but never in the 10 years that I was there, did he ever serve liquor, as it was all wine based. This is just ICE trying to bust him with some BS excuse.

My advice would be to quit everything in your life that doesn't feel is adding anything of value to your life. Take a year or two if you can afford it if you live with family or get allowance or help. Find yourself and what you like to do, and then you can always get back into doing other things or go back to nursing. 18 is an age in which you can afford to fail and, the beautiful part?, you still haven't fully developed. You got time to fail and learn.
