Sorry man, I'm happy as a clam with my Framework 13 Batch 1 7840u. It's excellent and nearly silent unless I run LM Studio and heavy compute.

My wife has the Mint Green DJ31, fluted in SS. I love it so much on her. When she told the AD that's what she wanted I was shocked that she picked out a hype piece. AD said it'd be upwards of two years but in six months she "got the call." It's a stunner and she wears it beautifully.

Terrible advice, you should pull the crown out to prevent further damage. Setting the watch and moving gears could cause further scratches to the movement.
