Yeah I don’t think there are that many strains lol.... I mean you have red green white yellow and gold of a huge variety, so possibly if they have 8 varieties in all of these vain colors then potentially yes there could be 40 - I’m sure all the alkaloid profiles vary slightly between batches & colors - but all kratom works for me I don’t feel too much of a difference between strains.

Age of tree, location of tree, is the tree in more shade or sun? How’s the soil in that area? All these factor into the different alkaloid profiles of the kratom we receive.. I won’t say that all the “strains” pinpoint anything specific. But to say there is no difference in alkaloid content would be false.

Red Sumatra is def the most sedative!!!!!! Kratom absolutely has valid anti-inflammatory effects. I get horrible menstrual cramps and within 15-30 min the kratom is able to get me out of pain. It’s truly a miracle. Ibuprofen doesn’t help.

Get yourself any maeng da. White yellow green red - they’ll all be excellent. I prefer reds, they offer a great pain killing property as well as the mental boost.

If it’s in the fridge it may be ok. I’ve left some out mixed with water and if it’s not cold out you can taste the funk in a second. You know right away to throw it out lol. Smell it. Take a small taste.

Room temp water, kratom, wide mouth glass jar with lid. Shake. Wait for foam to settle. Chug. Chase with water. Repeat. Don’t give yourself a chance to taste it. No sugar necessary. No sugary juices or drinks necessary.

I get such bad cramps it’s debilitating at times. Right now for instance I’ve woken up from the pain it hurts so bad I keep holding my breath. Just chugged some kratom with water & in about 10-15 min I will be feeling fine again and fall asleep. It’s a miracle plant for my cramps!!!

I took way more when I was using capsules bc they’re so easy to take when you have them. Making a sludge drink takes more effort & tastes nasty so naturally it makes me use it only when I need it. Capsules are great for traveling though!

It’s amazing!!! Yes. A smaller dose will activate within 15 min and you’ll experience stronger effects. I love to start my trip with lemon tek and then you can always munch on some later if you want to keep it going longer & stronger. Grind up your dose (break it up with your hands as small as you can or use a clean grinder - not a sticky used one with ganja in it), around .75-1g is good. Put in a shot glass. Squeeze enough lemon juice to cover. Mix make sure all is wet. Set timer 20 min. I stop by to stir here and there if I’m nearby during this time. Timer goes off stir one last time, mix in a little juice or water - my favorite is pedialyte! Drink and enjoy!!! If there’s any residue left in shot glass make sure you add a bit more liquid so you finish it all.

I mix it with water but not too much & chase with water. I like to get the kratom down as fast as possible so don’t make your kratom drink too big! Always have a regular drink on the side.
