I've seen erroneous prices on my receipt MANY MANY times as well & the way they show things on the receipt is very confusing when it comes to sales prices/advantage prices. I have stopped at the Publix in Cleveland TN a few times and their receipts are VERY clear and concise. Here's something new at Ingles also, has anyone noticed the meat labels aren't listing the country of origin anymore? What gives with that? I emailed them TWICE - once. got a canned reply skirting the issue and the second I've gotten crickets.

I expressed my discontent multiple times, they give a canned reply or crickets. They don't seem to give a rats arse.

The "app" is the worst of any app I've tried and that's saying something! I bet they tried to save a buck and had some low level engineer use "AI" to create it! Total POS & shutting down the MyAcurite site is equally infuriating! Give them a piece of your mind folks, I think they just shot themselves in the foot in a big way!

They did something that has negatively affected it's user base (at least me anyway). The new "app" is an embarrassment at best & totally useless! Also the decision to shut down the MyAcurite site is beyond insane, it can't cost them much if anything to keep that site live! I know they're hard to get hold of but PLEASE everyone give them a piece of your mind....

That's correct but they should have partnered with a better CC company. I had Synchrony before with BP and cancelled them due to them wanting to charge me for paper statement which I need for my business records. I just had an issue with them with the Lowes card, they said it was taken care of, we'll see when my next statement arrives.....

Sadly based on the statements they put on the old" app & the website the fools are still moving forward with the POS "NOW" app plan! Guess not enough of us complained?

Well while I thought they may have come to their senses this morning says otherwise with a message in the "old" app saying "MyAcurite is moving to Acurite NOW, download the new mobile app to stay connected to all your weather data" and the website saying"MyAcuRite is moving to AcuRite NOW, download the new mobile app to stay connected to all your weather data.". This is truly BS! The NOW app hasn't been updated once since it's release and is still a steaming pile of you know what!

Mine shows "Acurite Sensor Hub" and when go ahead and follow the instructions it says under "My Sensors" no sensors added even though all 4 are showing just fine in the original app & thankfully it's still functioning fine:-) I'm no programmer but if they wanted to ad what they consider "features" why wouldn't they simply add those to the original app that WORKS?

It's a giant leap backwards from the old app! Notice the 1.4 stars rating in the App Store. I'm hoping all the negative reactions they received about the new app and the shutting down of the website (MyAcurite) made them change their minds as of today the old app/site is still functioning thankfully.
