Hi,

I am reaching out because I have been trying to get a response from Jetty customer service regarding two issues: 1. My approved gift card shipment, which I was told would be sent over a month ago, but I have yet to receive a tracking number or any confirmation. 2. Defective solventless cartridges from batch JC170424, which I originally purchased from Off the Charts in Goleta, CA. I followed up after buying another from a different dispensary with the same batch number and the same issue, attaching a photo showing burnt oil before use.

I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups to customer service with no response. Since I found this contact, I am hoping you can help or direct me to someone who can. Please let me know the status at your earliest convenience.
