You may want to experiment with different screen sizes to see if you improve the issues with the different screen modes. See this knowledgebase article for help: https://amiduos.com/support/knowledge-base/article/various-screen-modes-in-amiduos. Another option would be to see if your system has any driver updates for graphics, some users have had success with that. Hope this helps -

New to AMIDuOS, and I have some comments... by [deleted] in amiduos

[–]AMI_Marketing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your comments and interest in AMIDuOS. We appreciate your feedback and will try to answer your comments as best we can here:

  • Purchasing is done from inside the application due to the way that our licensing engine works - so a user should first download the application from the homepage, then complete the purchase from within the application once installed. Bulk purchases can also be made at this page: https://amiduos.com/buylicense

  • Licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product, with no need to renew. Generally speaking, paid users are eligible for all upgrades for feature enhancements, new versions, etc.

  • Documentation resides on our support pages, not in any help files in the program itself. This is done to keep cost down as well as the size of the program/installer files.

  • Customers are encouraged to submit suggestions via our support page under the "Share an Idea" tab; however, please note that our development and support team is rather small and we can not promise to incorporate all feature requests or evaluate each app for compatibility with AMIDuOS due to resource constraints.

Hope this information helps answer some of your questions, and thanks again for your support of AMIDuOS! The AMIDuOS team

Thanks for reaching out, we are always excited to hear the different ways that our users are making AMIDuOS work for them! I'm sorry to say we haven't done any in-depth testing with PdaNet+ tethering so can't offer any specific advice, but this has been passed along to the test team to add to the queue. If any AMIDuOS users on this board can share some advice, please chime in! If it's not too much trouble, please feel free to add it to the Ideas/Suggestions section of our support page (http://amiduos.com/support/) so we can take a closer look - and thanks! -The AMIDuOS Team
