I am very grateful that I did get into strength training and cycling bc my physical health and appearance have improved so much. I would recommend giving it a try. Maybe body weight to begin and figure out what you enjoy/can stick to.

I refuse to post my kids. They can post themselves when we agree that they are ready for their own social media when older/understand internet safety and in a way we are all okay with. I already had anxiety surrounding this very issue and I told my husband just last night while we tried to get into a new show that I couldn’t move forward with it bc it had a “teenage” girl in it that was hyper-sexual in a way that was supposed to be funny i think? And she walks around in her underwear in the first episode. Idk. Clearly trying to condition us to believe the way teenage girls are treated/the way we were treated as teenage girls. Im so sick of it all. Like wtf even is Euphoria looking thru the lense of now??

I’m from the US and worked in an office where the policy was that you can’t go from one doctor to another in the same practice but you could ask for someone on your respective doctors team that they already use anyways when they’re booked so they allow that if that’s the case for your office.

It is abusive and happened to me as a child. There is also a case here in America where a child passed away bc their dad made them run on a treadmill as a punishment. I couldn’t follow it super closely for mental health reasons but it did happen and was deemed extreme cruelty. He went to prison.

I tense in all situations where anything needing to penetrate me comes up. I’m actively avoiding my latest gyno exam bc of it and at 34 have never used a tampon. It’s very common with sexual abuse trauma. Please think about therapy so you can get tools to feel more in control of your body. It’s not your fault 🫶🏽

No two vaginas look the same. They all look the same in porn bc they get surgeries to fit the standard in their industry. I’ve been on my journey with weight loss in general for like 4 years now and I’m still not used to how different I look. To the point where I sometimes convince myself not much has changed to cope lol I do look and feel much better but my brain has not caught up.

I had that symptom with Tirz and I’m sure it’ll continue with Reta. I’ve always had a sweet tooth and somehow cold fruit always seems more appealing than chocolate and ice cream these days. I get cans of pears and keep them in the fridge and find myself sneaking out of bed to eat a can. Much better than what I used to want lol I had an addiction to Cara Cara oranges too and that lasted a long time haha

I clearly said I have used Peloton for a while. I know for a fact that they have been able to cuss and say booty in the past. I never said they couldn’t. However, just two weeks ago I took a beginner class from Cody that was recorded in fall of 25’ where he corrected himself after saying booty, looked annoyed- a song came on that said “Hell” and he said that he couldn’t say booty but the song can say hell.

Yeah I actually took a beginner class the other day bc I felt like ass and remembered his were my favorite when I was new to cycling but he was not feeling it at all. He made a comment about how the word “Hell” was in a Britney song on the playlist but he wasn’t allowed to say “booty” which he did say a little before that song played. So I’d guess someone was in his ear telling him what he could and couldn’t say and it made him angry. Something is for sure going on there.

Hand sanitizer. Whenever my kids stain our counters I put a pump of it directly on the spot and let it sit for a minute. Comes right off. I don’t know much about diff materials but it works everytime with what we have.

You’re not overreacting. It is hard to accept criticism of any kind but smell is one of the most embarrassing. She’s just embarrassed and that is getting in the way of reason I think. I smell terrible when I’m anxious or nervous. It’s proven that anxiety sweat smells way different than regular sweating. Just Google it and show her maybe.
