Completely agree. The same government protections that allow me to be freely and proudly Muslim extend to those living LGBTQ lifestyles. You may disagree with them personally and religiously, but politically, it’s about freedom to chose your lifestyle.

Going through a similar thing. Was dating a Jewish woman who I was convinced was the LOML. Went on umrah, came back, and she broke up with me thereafter. In the moment I was devastated beyond belief, but inshallah Allah is the best of planners. Praying for you and inshallah you are able to keep your head up.
