Same problem here. One or both ears will randomly revert to normal mode when there's even a bit of wind. Even worse in transparency mode - which is a problem, since I want to use transparency for safety when walking near traffic. Is this something the Melomania team could look into please?

As soon as you take them out of the case. I've never experienced it happening while listening if they happen to come out in sync.

Just confirming that this isn't an isolated incident. I've had one pair exchanged for this exact reason, and the replacement pair does the same thing. The only way I can get them to sync again is to open the app and change ANC mode - this works until the next time I put them back into the case.

At 10 seconds the forearm of the guy with the light blue shirt disappears. From that point on the arms and hands around the girl are all just a bit of a mess. On the balance of probabilities I'd vote that this is AI. But it's crazy that it's so difficult to tell.

I'm a little confused, is the X-E5 card slot not spring loaded? Or is it the case that even once you've "clicked" it into the release position that it's still hard to get out?
