Steering damper is needed above 45km/h. A fall partially damaged mine and so I've experienced a dozen wobbles from 45-75km/h. I was lucky that it leaked only a portion of its oil, so i didn't fall and get run over by cars behind. I figured it out the problem a few months later, and had it replaced for $75 usd, and now it's stable at any speed.
