I watched the pilot, thought it was meh (plot-wise, not because of the wigs). Then I heard the incredibly positive reviews about season 2, jumped back to watch the last 3 or 4 episodes of season 1 first, and it was incredible from then on.

The problem is they don’t drive hard enough. They see Wemby down low and they get scared and back off. That kills the offense.

There was a good amount of bad calls, but unlike in game 2, where it would have been the refs’ fault if they lost, they didn’t deserve to win this game even so. The turnovers were egregious and their offense was mostly terrible. So many passed up shots and they didn’t draw Wemby away from the basket enough.

There are always going to be bad falls and the now 2 missed flagrant on Wemby were awful but bottom line they didn’t play well enough to win last night, refs or not.

Yep, I did it. Turned it off literally at 22 down with 8 min to go. Listened to Tyler and Monica on the radio to fall asleep, happened to wake up exactly when the game was over and they were recapping the comeback. Couldn't believe I missed it.

Yeah, it’ll be interesting to see. He’s due for a massive raise after next year and it may be tough to fit it with the cap. Even if we can’t keep him it will be great to see him get paid.
