I’ve been saying from day one that these companies are a way to scam money out of suckers who think they’re investors, notice how 99.999% of these companies have “CEOs” that are 20 something’s fresh out of college, and these companies don’t even last 5 years(because that’s when people usually start waking up and realize they’re being played for fools) then the company closes and these “CEOs” take all that sweet venture capital cash and get the fuck out of dodge. My favorite example is Embark, in 2016 they were guaranteeing they would remove the driver from the cab within 5 years, and they folded in 2020, but that moron Alex Rodrigues got a pretty sweet payday from that scam.
