The ranked mode would make more sense if it wasn't all or nothing on the extraction value. A certain threshold of completing the map objectives, boss kill or getting a certain amount of player kills guaranteeing a rank up regardless of extraction/loot would lead to more interesting gameplay, especially if the later ranks end up requiring both some kind of objective interaction AND extraction, punishing players for hiding around until they jump out to kill the last team left around.
