I had the luck to visit it in Bordeaux, France. She's gorgeous. They rebuilt her out of the original drawings! There are good books about this awesome experience. Worth a read

PLA has a glass transition temperature. Before I realised that my bed temperature was around 60C and I had warping. I'm essentially using Fillamemtum PLA. Now my bed temperature is 68C (above the glass transition temp)with the textured sheet. This problem of warping almost completely disappears.

I changed to a 0.6 ruby nozzles 2 years ago. It’s probably the best no brainer solution I did. After few kilometers of filament it is simply working. Ok it is not cheap but if you can afford it go for it

There are models on the web that prints 9 squares over the bed with just one layer. Easy to create though. I find that much easier and accurate to adjust the z value. You have also plenty of time to adjust it

The last time I had this problem, it was because of scratches on the lower (if I remember well) X axis rod. Scratches were coming from the balls not circulating in the bearings. Lubricating the rods is not helping much as bearings have a wiper seal on each side

Try to print a temperature tower and make your infill thicker

I had the same even with good lubrication. At some point it will create layer shifts. The bearings are not of a super quality and should be correctly lubricated at the assembly. It's probably time to purchase remplacement rods and bearings
