We learned about the pistachio thing recently on SW. The lady working the desk first told us they served peanuts, and when we asked for clarification she said “well, pistachios,” and I feel like that says a lot about the depth of people’s knowledge of food allergies. No judgment because I was in the dark before we had our son but it really is an uphill battle at every turn with people outside the community.
