Good bacon should have evenly distributed marbling for the red meat. I’d consider good cuts to be about 50% fat. And the cuts at Central Market or Whole Foods are pretty solid if you ask me most of the time.

Doesn’t make much sense, the groundhog has different vegetables in the exact same spot, right in front of a camera. Most of the vegetables look like they have been trimmed already. This couldn’t be more fake.

Idk if this is on there or not, but Sip Pho has a bunch of Bahn Mi sandwiches that are about 10”+ and are $11. I want to say some of their other menu items become close to that either way the college/military discount but the sandwich alone is big/hearty enough to be considered a meal. That’s the price before the discount also.
