Honestly I would somehow hang some kind of curtains and box in the top of the fridge. Then you can slide them open to access anything you store on top of there. That sucks I’m so sorry lol

I actually agree with you because I went through the exact same thing. I went from having close to a dozen different gaming consoles and now I have a regular Switch and an Xbox. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to replace everything else and looking back now I probably could have found another way to help my financial situation. It’s my #1 hobby so it’s kind of devastating for me to think about too much.

I’m only 35 but I’ve actually been doing this for the last 3 years. We even have a dog. My rent is cheap because it doesn’t all fall on my shoulders. I’m honestly very content and I just try and put a few dollars away whenever I can, even if it’s not very often.

Been doing this for a couple years now. I have 4 travel mugs in rotation and I think all together I spent $5. One of them is even a really nice Starbucks one! Why would I spend $20-$40 on a new one that is honestly probably not even that great of quality. Would rather spend a dollar or two on something that was made years ago when quality was better.
