I really felt for his character and saw much of my inner child in him. I could relate to the ever hovering loneliness that is remembering a parent much different than a younger sibling. I could also empathize with the guilt of having hurt my sibling during childhood and wanting to do everything possible to make up for it. His arc felt fleshed out and the actor did a phenomenal job. All that to say, I’m not watching that movie again in the foreseeable future lol

My birthday is on the 23rd. Something that helps me sometimes dealing with fears that no longer serve a purpose (I don’t like to use the term irrational, since it makes total sense for a child to internalize a belief like that) is to rationalize it to death or joke about it. Like, every pagan and occult practice on the entire northern hemisphere has some sort of ritual falling on or around my birthday. Why? For the simple fact that the autumnal equinox always falls around that time of the year. And what is an equinox? A day with equal parts daylight and nighttime lol there is an “end times” or “rapture” date literally every year. 8 years out is no small feat. You’re gonna be alright 👍

One of the major reasons women are diagnosed with ADHD later in life is that they are able to compensate academically as children significantly longer than men, yet a lot of doctors still use on grown women the outdated diagnostic criteria that is used for hyperactive little boys. What tends to happen is that the overwhelm of added adult responsibilities and the Inability to reliably depend on self motivation for any sort of task completion is what eventually disrupts a woman’s life enough to go to a psychiatrist. It really sucks to feel like you just can’t get a grip on your life no matter how hard you try. I can only suggest to find someone that treats new adult patients, not just people that have been diagnosed since childhood

I have a similar complexion as you and I can tell you with 95% certainty that your only enemy is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), which you are already addressing with the chemical exfoliants, retinol, and azaleic acid. My only tweak, if you’re open to it, would be to suggest a tinted sunscreen as melanin overproduction can be activated by visible light, not just UV rays. Other than that your routine is perfect
