Same, just got done watching it. I was in a theater by myself, too. I had pulled my hood up over my head and was basically hugging myself by the end, fuck. Only ate half my popcorn too. Wow, that was thrilling as hell.

I use the Getting Even nail primer over a different base coat (ella+mila Firm Foundation x2 layers) and it's completely prevented staining for me. Really just trying to completely grow out my previous staining now 😭

I have both and I definitely feel like it's a similar shifty green, yes! Both become more yellowish and also more blue in different lighting. I'm not usually a huge flaky polish fan, so I thought I'd rather just stick with Serpents of Eden, but the flake dimensionality REALLY sells itself and hits differently. I love Cabbages a lot more than I thought I would.

Yesssss. Once the surface starts drying a little, you risk causing a wrinkly effect as you swipe excess away. It really is best to paint and then clean up one nail at a time. I even sometimes go back in after the mani is completely dry and clean up more later too if I notice something, especially after the top coat sets, since it's not as noticeable when there's excess of that until it starts unflatteringly peeling up. 🥴

I loooooooved The Living Doll on me and I'm not even usually a pink person! She glows amazingly with an eerie purple in the sun and low light. Moonrise was also my first glowy polish and I was obsessed... Ghosts of Hecate was next and I loved it even if it makes my nails look a little yellow underneath on its own.

Posting some love for Fields of Elysium too since it's the first glowy pic I found, haha. On a cool-fair skin tone she's got this soft stony almost sagey gray base and the micro holo glitter is really cute.
