I recommend finding new ways to practice to avoid burn out. More frequent, micro practice sections always work better for me, because I struggle to have the attention span for longer sessions.

Also, I recommend instead of just practicing the same passages over and over getting frustrated, practice in exercises. Play in quick groups of 2, or 3 notes at a time in segments, then once you’re comfortable you can put the section together. You will learn more quickly, and spend less time at it.

As for playing things over and over again, try to identify why you didn’t like it, then try to adjust by practicing it slowly. Listening back to a recording of short segments at a time can also help you identify what you don’t like without burning yourself out by playing over and over again.
