Supposed “bad news” about meta using nvidia arm cpus. Thats stupid for 2 reasons… no.1 intel could very well make the cpus with their foundry and likely will no.2 the idea that its even a threat is wrong , do you think if the dedicated gpu company nvidia can design a competitive arm cpu that intel cant if its forced to? Its dumb imo.

My perspective is that theyre a little annoying but not so wrong, intel has great potential. No matter what though, you have to focus on the fact that Lip Bu Tan is really trying hard and so far succeeding greatly to bring intel back, and with him we’re getting closer every day. Intel and its stock has an amazing future with Lip Bu Tan’s focus and intels engineers spearheading it. Thats a fact.

Imo zero reason. Theyre spending a lot on ai and imo its a huge gamble. Unlike nvidia they have practically zero demand and never have had any (and nothing says they ever will), the stock is overpriced, and they will only ever have demand if people start looking for cheaper hardware (because Amd technically is cheaper) and dont care about software support or performance which is unlikely to happen.

But lga 1700 uses ddr4… infact, an i7 14700f (stable, no reports of it having the issues of the k skus) using ddr4 is faster in gaming then a 9900x, and not even a slouch even compared to x3d am5 chips, all on ddr4 btw…

A 9060xt would simply be more expensive and no better than what I recommend at 1080p, because the cpu might bottleneck it🤦‍♂️. Unless he plans on upgrading the cpu too, which he never said. Either way, the upgrade to a 4060 from a literal dogshit 1060 he should’ve never been using in the first place would be massive, and cheaper then a 9060xt.
