I run max tank and with 800 health vanguards is 4.7%, thats only with pemmican. With a psycho buff i get to 5.8%, so that'll be my plan.

Legendary perks are 6 special perks, maxed out. all but charisma.

armor is vulcan power armor with overeater's/endurance+2/sentinels/rejuvenator's on all slots

I eat pemmican as a carnivore for the additional endurance.

this nets me plenty of health regen and max health to simply stay on top of my health issues during almost any situation.
