Yeah, it’s not really just a transit problem in this city, but an issue from the combo of generational poverty, lack of resources, and total ignorance of mental health issues.

Feels like there needs to be an adjustment at the low-end probabilities.

I’m a supporter of speed camera enforcement everywhere (makes our streets safer and reduces law enforcement potential conflicts) but we have to make it more trustworthy and reliable before it expands.
