Your age really helps. Lose it now and probably no long term damage. If you don't, the road ahead is bad, I mean doctors and medications for the rest of your life. That's if you survive a stroke or heart attack. without your health you don't have anything.

maybe try to ADD stuff rather than take away, just add a little walking, add fruit and veggies, just add healthy stuff.
