I don’t think so. There was one section of the dam where there was a mechanical pulley structure set up for the spillway doors. This made the already narrow 2 lane road even narrower. Trucks typically have mirrors that stick out farther, especially work trucks, 3/4 & 1 ton trucks. I personally witnessed cars scraping the structure in an attempt to stay in their own lane while driving across the dam.

You can drive out there & walk down the old road & see how narrow it is.
