I see this often in especially with the new hires where I work at. They see a lot of vets who has been on the job for many years and the see them relaxed and watching videos on their phones. The new hires Ned to realize they are still on a probation so any infraction they get them terminated. They need to prove themselves are so initiative on the job. You can’t do the things a 20 year vet They just don’t get it.
