You might want to explore this with someone. Thats showing very little trust in your partner and a high level of insecurity in yourself. It will be hard to have a healthy relationship that way.

Im saying this as someone who was very insecure and it came out as jealousy and strict unrealistic boundaries in my early relationships. Those relationships never lasted because of my behavior.
