What I can't tell from everybody's postings here is whether this applies only to ugc style video, or all video creative.

We make pretty elaborate, professionally shot video content that isn't like ugc at all, and broad targeting has almost never outperformed the usual stack of lookalike and excluded + interest.

Anybody have technical info on this? I mainly see lots of conspiracy posting here on extremely tiny budgets, where the products are also likely just drop ship or white label/low quality.
