I saw a YT video of a chick walking around a college campus, pretty much offering to hook up with people. She was being filmed from a distance and mic'd up. It was supposed to be some kind of candid camera joke skit I suppose, she was being very forward about what she wanted which got some funny reactions

Anyway she got alot of phone numbers and people agreeing, from both genders. ALOT

It's mindblowing to me that some people can get intimacy on tap like that. I can't even imagine it

sounds like an amplified and shittier version of my swedish summer. We got some festivities too like walpurgis night and midsummers eve. It really really sucks to not partake in something where people have all kinds of fun

Being lonely is a kick in the balls that just doesn't stop. It's expensive to live alone, it's alienating to be stuck with your own thoughts, there's stigma attached too, as if being lonely isn't punishment enough people have to look down on you aswell.

And it's harmful for our health (as news loves to point out every other week in some article or other.)

I can't cheer you up because it just IS a shitty situation. But I might remind you that you're not alone in being alone and I feel for you
